Founders and owners of snail farm “PP Helix”
We’ll briefly tell our story …
Snail farm “PP Helix”, located in the municipality of Sevlievo, began its construction in April 2012. Located in the foothills of the Balkan Mountains, the farm has a total area of 6200 square meters, with a tendency to expand. We took into account climatic conditions, geographical location and altitude and we chose the leading French technology for growing our snails, namely mixed farming
method.
In April 2013. We started raising snails of the type Helix Aspersa Maxima external parks on an area of 2100 square meters. Our goal in the future is each seasonal farm modernization to improve the quality of production and the construction of a closed cycle of cultivation.
Daily care to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the parks, as well as the high quality of the feed we use ensure high quality production.
